MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Students from the University of Minnesota Medical School’s chapters of Physicians for Human Rights and Student National Medical Association participated in a “die-in” on Wednesday afternoon. The “die-in” is part of nationwide protests against the lack of indictments for police killings in Ferguson, Mo. and New York.
Students from more than 70 medical schools across the country, including New York, St. Louis, Chicago, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and the Twin Cities, are planning to participate.
